Tag: I love U ( iNSD 2015 W&W with Pinkfresh Studio | Color Challenge )

Winnie & Walter joined with Pinkfresh Studio to bring us lots of fun this iNSD! They have total 7 challenges. All the challenges will be open until 11:55 p.m. CST Saturday, May 9, 2015. I was not feeling well for the past week and now left only few hours time to join the fun. Let's see how many I can join.

First challenge that I managed to complete ... Color Challenge.

I created a tag for this color challenge. It was a love letter to say I love you! ;p

I sprinkled the Aqua mist to the base of the tag. I layered another mini tag with gold foil heart on the tag. I adhered Neon Pink irregular polka dots washi tapes to the corner of the mini tag and I added a pink arrow. Both the mini tag and the arrow were from Crate Paper Kiss Kiss collection. Then, I added Pinkfresh Studio Neon Pink envelope wood veneer and Aqua transparent die cuts alphas. Lastly, I used two different shades of shimmering Gold washi tapes to make the 'ribbon' of the tag.

Tag: Missing You BFF, Min

Just Add Ink is having a challenge about “Just Add Love” and to add “Tag or Tags Sketch”. It means that we need to include the tag sketch on its own as part of our project or make a card using the sketch. 

Oh and we need to incorporate the sketch that Kim provided using a love element as well.

Here’s my take:

I made a twist on the sketch given. I added a tag on my tag. I loved layering recently. I die cut a stitched tag from Pretty Pink Posh. I layered a die cut frame from Studio Calico and followed by a layered tag from one of my favorite collection - Maggie Holmes Open Book. A floral ephemera from Maggie Holmes Open Book as well was added. I added some ephemera from Pink Paislee Switchboard. They are perfectly matched!

Love element? Yes, I added a gold polka dots vellum heart shape to the layered tag and there’s a mini love at the side of “BFF”. Can you spot both of them?

This tag was actually inspired by a card  that I made quite some time ago (Honorable Mentions @ Just Add Ink Challenge #209) that I’m going to give it to my Bestie Min. This tag was created to match with the card and to be attached to her pressie. 

Opps… hope she read this post after she received her pressie. Erm… I’m still half way preparing her pressie. Hope to finish it soon!
